Master's Degree | Clinical Mental Health Counseling“Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change.”

I am a licensed mental health professional dedicated to helping high-achieving individuals navigate anxiety, burnout, and the internal pressure that often accompanies a driven life. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am an LPC-Associate in the state of Texas, providing therapy under clinical supervision by Rhonda Septelka, MA, LPC-S.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, life transitions, and relationship stress. I became a counselor because I’ve seen how often capable, intelligent people struggle quietly beneath the surface — managing careers, families, and responsibilities while feeling overwhelmed internally.
I wanted to create a space where clients could slow down, be understood without judgment, and reconnect with themselves beyond achievement and expectation. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when people feel both emotionally safe and genuinely seen.
I work with adults who are high-achieving, driven, and often outwardly successful — but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are professionals, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and individuals navigating high-pressure careers or major life transitions.
My practice is best suited for individuals who are ready to explore deeper patterns, slow down internal pressure, and build a more grounded and sustainable way of living.
My approach is integrative, eclectic, and trauma-informed — tailored to the unique needs of high-achieving individuals. Rather than adhering to a single modality, I draw flexibly from a range of evidence-based approaches to meet each client where they are.
Psychological flexibility, values-based living, stepping out of unhelpful internal struggle
Identifying thought-emotion-behavior patterns and building practical coping strategies
Understanding and regulating anxiety in the body during overwhelm or chronic stress
Exploring inner conflict, self-criticism, and the different 'parts' of the self under pressure
Understanding relational patterns, emotional needs, and long-standing dynamics affecting self-worth
"I came in skeptical. I left with actual tools. The overthinking hasn't disappeared, but I know what to do with it now. My sleep alone has improved more than I expected."

Patient
"I spent years thinking anxious thoughts were just part of who I was. Therapy helped me see the patterns clearly for the first time. I still work hard, but I'm not white-knuckling my way through every day anymore."

Patient
"I didn't realize how depleted I was until I finally slowed down enough to feel it. Sessions gave me permission to rest without guilt -- something I couldn't give myself. I feel human again."

Patient
"I kept telling myself I just needed a vacation. What I actually needed was to understand why I couldn't stop. This work changed how I relate to my job and myself."

Patient
"From the outside, everything looked fine. Inside I was exhausted. Therapy was the first place I didn't have to pretend. I didn't know how much I needed that until I experienced it."
