Terms & Conditions

By using this website or engaging in services, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

I provide outpatient mental health counseling services under the supervision of a licensed clinician in the state of Texas. Services are not intended for emergency or crisis situations.

Payment & Private Pay Policy

All services are provided on a private pay basis. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. I do not bill insurance directly. A superbill may be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Scope of Services

Therapy is a collaborative process, and outcomes vary by individual. No guarantees are made regarding results.

Crisis Disclaimer

This service is not appropriate for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988.

Telehealth Services

Telehealth sessions are available for clients physically located in Texas at the time of service. By participating in telehealth, you acknowledge and accept the inherent limitations of virtual care.

Professional Relationship

Therapy services do not begin until a formal intake process has been completed and consent for treatment has been established.

Confidentiality & HIPAA

As your therapist, I am required by law to maintain the privacy of your protected health information (PHI). Your health information may be used for: treatment and coordination of care, payment processing (e.g., superbills), and clinical documentation and supervision requirements.

When Information May Be Disclosed Without Consent

Information may be disclosed without your authorization in limited situations, including: risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse or neglect, court order or legal requirement, and required supervision consultation.
